Since our humble beginnings in 2014, Agava evolved into one of the most popular restaurants and catering companies on the island of Hvar. 

While number of tables on our terrace is exactly the same as it was when we started, number of returning guests keeps growing. 

We are a company that believes in down-to-earth home style cooking like Grandma does it, using as many homegrown produces as possible and keeping it local and authentic. 

Our philosophy is to create food as fine or as rustic as it needs to be, with absolute uniqueness, always sourcing fresh and seasonal from local farmers, fishermen and winemakers. 

Catering for different events is a large and important part of what we do at Agava.

Over the years, we’ve gained invaluable experience and our past events range from elegant black-tie weddings to barefoot beach & boat BBQ parties. 

Agava is the only catering professional on the island of Hvar with full catering inventory for up to 120 guests, and a handpicked team of kitchen and wait staff that know their job.
